ACE™ Canadian
The Canadian Training Program contains some English pronunciation patterns that are unique to Canadian speakers. It also has references and vocabulary specific to Canadian geography, culture and lifestyle. This Training Program is recommended for participants currently living in Canada and for those planning to immigrate to Canada. It is open to everyone who may be interested.

ACE™ International
The International Training Program was designed to meet the needs of those participants who prefer to sound more “North American” and slightly less “Canadian”. This accent is typical of people living along the Pacific northwest coast of Canada and the United States. There are more international references in vocabulary, geography and lifestyle in the course content. This Training Program is intended for people living outside of Canada. It is also open to everyone who is interested.

How refunds are administered

Refunds are provided in accordance with our stated refund terms and are processed within 10 business days of your request. The following policy governs refunds for membership programs.

Membership Programs: Membership Programs such as acetraining.online are paid in full when joining. Once the first ACE™ Training Module is delivered, a member is considered as having participated in the Program. If you decide to cancel your membership, please provide written notice within the first 10 days of the training program to info@acetraining.online. You will receive a refund for your membership, minus a $150.00 CDN fee. 

No refunds are provided for coaching services.

Payment is due in full when registering.

Will I receive a certificate of course competition for ACE™ Training Online?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of course competition for ACE™ Training Online once you have completed module 14.

Yes, eligible employers can apply for the Canada Alberta Job Grant (CAJG) to be reimbursed up to ⅔ of the training cost. Employees must live and work in Alberta and not be temporary residents. Check out the CAJG website for more information and grant application forms.
